Hey there!

You know that feeling when you're driving through town, spot a yard sale sign, slam the brakes (safely, of course 😅), and immediately start digging for treasures? Well, get ready — because Audubon’s Spring Town-Wide Yard Sale is right around the corner, and it’s like a treasure hunter’s dream come true! Over 100 households are setting up shop on lawns, driveways, and sidewalks, all in one amazing day of deals, steals, and small-town magic. Whether you’re after vintage finds, kids’ gear, funky furniture, or just love the thrill of the hunt, this is the kind of event you don’t want to miss.

Audubon’s Spring Town-Wide Yard Sale

3The Spring Town-wide Yard Sale will take place on Saturday May 17th, 2025, from 8am to 2pm. The rain date is May 18th.
All households in Audubon are invited to participate. We usually have over 100 households participating. Most people set up their sales in their front yards and driveways.

Q: IS THERE A MAP or list of houses AVAILABLE?
Yes! We publish all participating households by address on our web site beginning in August. We update the list about once a week.
The final list and a map are published the day before the Yard Sale (Friday) by 2pm.
You can find a copy on celebrate08106.org, or auduboncivicreach.org.

Q: Where do I park?
There is plenty of unmetered parking on the streets of Audubon.
Please be considerate of others and do not block driveways or sidewalks.

Q: How do i participate as a seller?
Registration to participate as a seller requires the payment of a $10 fee to Audubon Celebration Committee.
Registration is available online with no extra fees. Visit

https://www.auduboncivicreach.org/store/yard-sale

Registration in person is available at the Audubon Municipal Offices, 505 Nicholson Road, 2nd Floor, during office hours Monday to Friday. Cash and checks payable to Audubon Celebration Committee are accepted - no credit card payments. Important information! We cannot make refunds for in-person payments. See the Refunds section below for more information.

The Audubon Celebration Committee volunteers greatly appreciate it if participants can register online if at all possible. Online registration greatly reduces the amount of paperwork we need to do, and allows us to quickly and reliably process refunds. Thank you for your consideration!

Q: Do I need a paper permit?
We do not issue paper permits and it is not required to display one during the event.
There will be volunteers checking registrations on the day, and if your address does not appear on our list, you will be asked to provide proof of payment. On the spot registration after the start of the event is $20.

Q: What about the weather?
We do our very best to make a decision about the weather potentially affecting our events. The ACC considers forecasts from multiple sources and attempts to predict the future. 🤪 A little light rain is not deemed to be a reason for moving the date. Continuous rain is a different story.

Participants will be notified by email on Friday shortly after 6:00pm if the event is moved to Sunday.

If the event is moved to Sunday and inclement weather is forecasted, participants will be notified by email on Saturday, shortly after 6:00pm if the event is cancelled.
In addition, an announcement will be posted on the celebrate08106.org and auduboncivicreach.org websites, and the Audubon Borough and the Audubon Celebration Committee’s Facebook pages.
The existence of a rain date is not a guarantee of an available dry day. In the event that the Friday 6:00pm forecast for Sunday is not an improvement over the original event date (meaning both days’ forecasts are equally poor), the Yard Sale will move forward as planned on Saturday.

We reserve the right to implement the rain date under other unforeseen weather circumstances not described above (ex: high wind, lightning, etc.)
We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or changing forecasts after Friday at 6:00pm. If the precipitation thresholds have not been met at 6:00pm the event will move forward as planned regardless of subsequent forecasts.

Q: Refunds and cancellations?
Refunds can be requested up to 72 hours before the event. Write to [email protected] and please include your phone number and the email address that you used to register.

No refunds can be made if less than 72 hours remains before the original date of the event.
If the event is completely cancelled (both the original date and the rain date), refunds will automatically be issued to participants who registered online.

We regret that we are not able to process refunds for payments made in person in cash or by check. Please register online to make refund processing quick and painless!
